And loneliest of all without the one you already love.

Longing for some tranquility.

Twice we met under the full moon my love
In your far land which special meaning gains.
To give a sign to all men and women
Before written language that couldn't be missed
Concerning love the moon is ideally placed.
Besides what the Poet meaningfully writes
In one language he places a plain sign
Which tells of love that words struggle to say.
In the poem below he places the sign
57 times so as not to be missed.
You should not be surprised my love this sign
Is within you and within love, also
In forever; your apartment your bower,
In my thoughts and on your cheeks that love blooms.

Something with deep secrets whispered the heart
As we two poets wandered down paths narrow
Dear Love! 'To hold onto love's more than art,
Souls must be matched, must be made of love's glow,
Lustful poems won't hold love long together,
Skilled flattery has little sway at all;
Real love lasts if like souls join to weather
Any earthly thing thrown to challenge the soul,
Skilled love can produce balance and supply
When the flowing fount turns dry bringing grief.
The universe can't the poet's verse deny
Where the Creator joins with love the brief.'

MAKING CRITIQUE

I observed that most, if not all (am no exception!), make comments on the thoughts of each poem submitted per se. "This is nice". "I like this." "This is great." And many other such comments. Nothing wrong with expressing one's thoughts and feelings. However, doing such does not make any challenge on my part to better my craft.
Is there any contributor to this site who is "well versed" in literary works and, who could give other contributors a good critique?
